I called your name,
once, twice, three times,
but you never answered.
I needed you right then and there,
but you rejected my frantic plea.
You always say,
that I can come come your way,
but when I need you,
you ignore me,
you reject me.
Yet you ponder every imaginable thought,
as to why,
I confine in others,
those I can speak the truth to.
Mommy, this poem is for you.
